Combine original pages Publish a Public-Facing SDK and Publish your TypeScript SDK with npm, as they depend heavily on each other.
Rearranged steps (original pages were interconnected and not quite the right chronological order) and added in detail. Moved original images over.
FYI, when I create additional sdk publishing pages for other languages, I'll probably break up this page into snippets to reuse some content.
